Salary/Hourly Rate:
$115k – $135k

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly polished Senior IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove technical support for senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. The Senior IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary technology resource for executive leadership, ensuring seamless operation of laptops, mobile devices, collaboration platforms, and productivity tools while delivering exceptional customer service with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. This role is ideal for an experienced executive support professional who thrives in high-touch environments, enjoys solving technical challenges in real time, and can confidently support both Apple and Microsoft technologies while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities of the Senior IT Support Specialist:
- Deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives with rapid response and issue resolution.
- Provide real-time technical support for executive laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads, and mobile devices.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple iOS devices and Windows 11 systems.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Office 365, and Zoom.
- Administer and support Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments.
- Perform device deployments, software installations, system updates, and preventative maintenance.
- Partner closely with executive administrative staff to proactively identify and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption.
- Support hybrid and mobile work environments while maintaining enterprise security standards.
- Document device configurations, user preferences, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues to internal IT teams while maintaining ownership through resolution.
- Provide after-hours and occasional weekend support during executive travel, meetings, and special events.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior IT Support Specialist:
- 5+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Support experience.
- Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives or VIP users in a polished corporate environment.
- Experience providing white-glove executive IT support.
- Expert knowledge of Apple iPhone, iPad, and the Apple ecosystem.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 11 environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, OneNote, and Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Experience configuring and supporting enterprise mobile devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience supporting hybrid and mobile work environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while supporting demanding executive users.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality with sensitive information.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior IT Support Specialist:
- Experience supporting executives within a Family Office or similarly high-touch corporate environment.
- Experience supporting global executive teams.
- Knowledge of PDF Expert, Diligent, and iOS Mail.
- Experience working with enterprise-grade security configurations.
- Experience supporting executive travel and remote meetings.
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise infrastructure and engineering teams.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
