They foster a collaborative, people-focused culture and are seeking a TA Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$37/hr – $40/hr

Position Overview:

The TA Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the recruiting function by delivering a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the TA Coordinator:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Format and post job descriptions on LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Manage background check processes and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with screening and recruitment coordination activities.
  • Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics, including travel arrangements and interview materials.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively address scheduling and process-related challenges.
  • Collect and organize candidate feedback to support continuous process improvement.
  • Assist with recruiting projects, events, and employer branding initiatives.

Required Experience/Skills for the TA Coordinator:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and background check systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the TA Coordinator:

  • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience supporting both virtual and onsite interview processes.
  • Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
