They are currently looking to add a Digital Marketing Associate (Growth & Retention in Sports) to their team. Â
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr – $30/hr Â
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Associate (Growth & Retention in Sports) will drive fan acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. This role combines creativity with analytical skills to optimize engagement channels and report on marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will support growth goals, manage digital marketing programs, and enhance fan communication. This position follows a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Â
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Associate (Growth & Retention in Sports):
- Support key growth goals, including single-game ticket sales, group sales lead generation, and season ticket sales.
- Structure, manage, and optimize email and SMS programs using personalized, automated content.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to manage CRM segments and tailor communications.
- Develop new lead generation tactics and testing roadmaps such as pop-ups, online forms, and giveaways.
- Own CMS updates, planning, and optimizations to ensure website accuracy, functionality, and brand alignment.
- Build and execute a roadmap of A/B tests across marketing channels and share actionable insights.
- Strengthen marketing tracking using UTMs, Google Analytics, and Tableau to report on the fan journey.
- Own weekly marketing reporting on email, website, SMS, and other digital channels, highlighting learnings and areas for improvement.
Required Experience/Skills for the Digital Marketing Associate (Growth & Retention in Sports):
- 1 – 2 years of digital marketing experience or a strong internship background.
- Experience using data analysis software.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of HTML, design, and email software.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Digital Marketing Associate (Growth & Retention in Sports):
- Experience with advanced marketing analytics and segmentation techniques.
- Knowledge of digital marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of fan engagement strategies within sports or entertainment industries.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
