Our client, a leading beauty brand, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador to represent the brand within retail locations.  

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr  

Position Overview:

The Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador will represent a beauty brand within retail stores by providing knowledgeable product recommendations, engaging with customers, supporting sales goals, and maintaining brand presentation. This role is ideal for someone with makeup experience who enjoys working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.  

Responsibilities of the Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador:

• Provide enthusiastic customer service and support store sales goals.
• Educate customers on products and recommend products based on their needs.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and cross-selling.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing brand displays.
• Assist with merchandising, planograms, and product restocking.
• Support light retail operations as needed.
• Track daily activities and sales through the required reporting system.
• Take and submit photos of displays and work completed during shifts.

Required Experience/Skills for the Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador:

• Previous makeup or beauty experience.
• High-volume sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty and ability to confidently educate customers on products.
• Comfortable working independently in a retail environment.
• Reliable and able to commit to a consistent schedule.
• Comfortable using a mobile app to track store activity and submit required reports.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Freelance Beauty Brand Ambassador:

• Previous experience working in Ulta or a similar beauty retail environment.
• Beauty sales or brand ambassador experience.
• Experience working toward sales goals and KPIs.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
