Our client is seeking a Showroom Assistant – Luxury French Brand to support showroom operations and help create an exceptional client experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $25/hr

Position Overview:

The Showroom Assistant – Luxury French Brand will join the team for a full-time, 4-month contract opportunity. The ideal candidate loves fashion, interiors, design, luxury, and working with people. This role will help create an exceptional showroom experience while supporting day-to-day operations and interacting with clients, designers, and industry professionals.

Responsibilities of the Showroom Assistant – Luxury French Brand:

• Welcome and engage clients and showroom visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Provide an elevated and memorable showroom experience.
• Assist clients and guests with product information and general questions.
• Maintain the showroom’s beautiful, organized, and luxury presentation.
• Support showroom appointments, events, and client visits.
• Assist with samples, product displays, inventory, and showroom organization.
• Work closely with the showroom team on daily operations.
• Help prepare the space for presentations, meetings, and special events.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
• Provide general administrative and organizational support as needed.
• Comfortable working fully onsite.

Required Experience/Skills for the Showroom Assistant – Luxury French Brand:

• Previous experience in a showroom, retail, hospitality, luxury, fashion, interiors, design, or client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, outgoing, and polished personality.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Professional presentation and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Showroom Assistant – Luxury French Brand:

• Experience working with a luxury or premium brand.
• Interest in French design, fashion, interiors, architecture, or luxury goods.
• Experience working with designers, architects, stylists, or high-end clientele.
• Experience supporting showroom events or appointments.
• French language skills are a plus but not required.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or relevant coursework in design, fashion, business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
