Our client is a globally recognized beauty and skincare brand inspired by the beauty and traditions of Provence. The brand is known for their skincare, body care, and fragrance products, with a focus on creating meaningful customer experiences. Our client is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Hosts to join their team at a retail location in Pittsburgh, PA.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$15/hr

Position Overview:

This role is centered around creating a welcoming, sensory shopping experience while providing exceptional customer service and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is personable, adaptable, and passionate about customer engagement. A background in a sales-driven environment and an interest in skincare, body care, and fragrance are beneficial. Full-time or part-time opportunities are available. Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Beauty Hosts:

• Greet every guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections.
• Anticipate the needs of your guests and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.
• Support and assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, taking initiative by solving problems and putting customers’ needs first.
• Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to colleagues, cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive.
• Collaborate and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team.

Required Experience/Skills for the Beauty Hosts:

• Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.
• Mindset focused on customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Basic technology skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Beauty Hosts:

• Interest or experience in skincare, body care, and fragrance.
• Previous retail, beauty, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience supporting store operations and delivering personalized customer service.
