Our client is a globally recognized luxury women’s fashion brand known for its Italian craftsmanship, timeless designs, and high-quality apparel. The client is looking for a Temporary Luxury Wholesale Account Executive – Specialty Stores to support on the upcoming market period.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$35/hr – $40/hr

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Temporary Luxury Wholesale Account Executive – Specialty Stores to support their Specialty Store Sales Team during the upcoming Market period. The ideal candidates will have previous wholesale account executive experience, preferably within the luxury women’s apparel industry, with a strong understanding of the specialty store business.
These individuals will play an important role in supporting the sales team throughout Market, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for specialty store accounts.
This is a temporary assignment from November 30 through December 15. Candidates must be available to work onsite every day throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Luxury Wholesale Account Executive – Specialty Stores:

• Support the Wholesale Specialty Store Sales Team throughout the Market period.
• Assist with buyer appointments, presentations, and order writing.
• Manage and support specialty store accounts during Market.
• Help prepare sales materials, line sheets, and account-specific information.
• Assist with order entry, order tracking, and follow-up.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with buyers and retail partners.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure an organized and efficient Market experience.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Temporary Luxury Wholesale Account Executive – Specialty Stores:

• Previous wholesale Account Executive experience is required.
• Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes and Market operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, polished, and customer-service oriented.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temporary Luxury Wholesale Account Executive – Specialty Stores:

• Experience in luxury women’s apparel is strongly preferred.
• Specialty store account experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wholesale order management systems.

Education Requirements:

• No specific education requirement.
