Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Recruiting Coordinator responsible for working alongside and supporting our direct sourcing recruiters, account managers, and staffing suppliers  by ensuring candidates moving through the recruiting and hiring process have a great experience. This role requires time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. 

This role consists of 100% account administration.

Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role within a fast-paced and laser-focused MSP team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate communication between recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as Purchase Orders.
  • Support employment activities, such as processing rehire eligibility requests, submitting onboarding requests, distributing satisfaction surveys, etc.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to interview logistics and candidate coordination.
  • Support recruiters with operational tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the hiring process.
  • Maintain organization and tracking of interview schedules and candidate information.
  • Troubleshoot Client and Associate escalations with the assistance of leadership.
  • Maintain and update Excel and Google spreadsheets to organize data as necessary.
  • Assist with data governance throughout the recruitment lifecycle and produce ad hoc reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of work experience preferably in recruiting coordination. 
  • Communication: Clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and effectively liaise with associates.
  • Empathy: Understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and step into the associate’s shoes to show you care.
  • Curiosity: Understand the associate through effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping.
  • Teacher: Love sharing insight and knowledge, and are patient and thoughtful when educating.
  • Delight: Constantly think about making associates happy and always go the extra mile.
  • Problem Solver: Adept at spotting issues and quickly suggesting solutions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to commute to our Columbus, Ohio office on a hybrid schedule.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

COMPENSATION

$47,000–$52,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus eligibility for an annual year-end bonus.
