They are currently looking to add a Credentialing Temp to their team. They are known for their supportive work environment and commitment to employee development.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Credentialing Temp will support credentialing operations by processing files, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. They will provide live QA and Class 2 file support, monitor monthly compliance, and communicate with providers. Candidates must have prior credentialing experience to be considered for this position. This role will be approximately 6-8 weeks in length to cover LOAs for their team.
Responsibilities of the Credentialing Temp:
- Process credentialing files accurately and efficiently.
- Provide live QA and Class 2 file support.
- Conduct monthly monitoring for compliance.
- Communicate with providers to support credentialing needs.
- Maintain data accuracy and update records.
- Support audits and submissions to assigned hospitals.
- Ensure timely and complete database entries.
- Assist with electronic and paper file maintenance.
Required Experience/Skills for the Credentialing Temp:
- Prior experience in healthcare credentialing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining electronic and paper records.
- Experience with database entry and file management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Commitment to compliance and data accuracy.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Credentialing Temp:
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Medallion.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting audits and provider communication.
- Knowledge of credentialing processes and procedures.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional education or training in healthcare administration is preferred.
