They are looking to add a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$43/hr
Position Overview:
This Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full recruitment lifecycle while placing a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing and building talent pipelines. This individual will work closely with hiring leaders and HR partners to identify, engage, and secure high-quality candidates across multiple roles. Success in this position requires the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and process excellence.
Responsibilities of the Contract Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake through offer stage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
- Develop and present diverse, qualified candidate pipelines.
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience through consistent communication.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within ATS (Workday preferred).
- Ensure recruiting processes align with internal guidelines and compliance standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, compensation, and business stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
Required Experience/Skills for the Contract Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Strong background in sourcing, including identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Contract Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Prior experience in a corporate recruiting environment.
- Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
- Track record of successfully filling difficult or niche roles.
- Experience building talent pipelines and leveraging CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and talent intelligence tools.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
