They are seeking an experienced Temp Luxury Store Manager to lead their Livermore, CA boutique at a premier outlet shopping destination.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr – $40/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Temp Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury retail boutique in Livermore, CA. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining the brand’s luxury standards.
Responsibilities of the Temp Luxury Store Manager:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Drive business performance through KPI management, client development, and sales coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently reflect luxury-brand standards.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members through ongoing performance management.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to maximize sales opportunities.
- Partner with corporate and regional leadership to execute business initiatives and operational objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention standards.
- Create a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
Required Experience/Skills for the Temp Luxury Store Manager:
- 3 – 5 years of retail management experience within the luxury or premium retail industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and exceed business goals.
- Strong clienteling skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience managing store operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temp Luxury Store Manager:
- Experience managing a luxury boutique or outlet location.
- Established client book and strong client development skills.
- Experience in analyzing business metrics and developing strategic action plans.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
