Salary:
$65,000 – $75,000
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to senior executives, managing complex schedules, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and handling confidential communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic technology environment where priorities shift quickly. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to anticipate executive needs while supporting key business operations.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide day-to-day executive administrative support to C-suite and senior leadership.
- Manage multiple executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential correspondence, executive presentations, and leadership materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and executive briefing materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Human Resources, to coordinate meetings and company initiatives.
- Track key projects, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate executive records.
- Assist with planning leadership meetings, company events, offsites, and team-building activities.
- Anticipate executive needs, identify process improvements, and provide proactive administrative support.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a technology, IT, SaaS, or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Experience supporting executives within an IT, software, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or technology services organization.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and executive-level meetings.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
