Client Overview:

Our client, an innovative science and renewable energy company, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys turning data into actionable business insights while supporting a growing, mission-driven organization.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr – $35/hr

Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis while partnering with leadership to drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst:

  • Prepare daily and monthly financial and revenue reports.
  • Analyze financial trends and business performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
  • Present financial insights to leadership.
  • Assist with NetSuite and BI reporting initiatives.
  • Partner on ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Analyst:

  • 2 – 5 years of finance, accounting, or data analysis experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Analyst:

  • Experience in renewable energy, science, or a related industry.
  • Experience with NetSuite or BI platforms.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
