Position Overview:

As a Senior Account Manager, you won’t just manage accounts — you will help build partnerships. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership to drive client satisfaction, adoption, and business growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys working with enterprise customers, and knows how to turn relationships into long-term success. You will have the opportunity to work with leading business platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, and CRM systems, as well as other cloud-based technologies, while helping clients maximize the value of their software investments.

Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned enterprise and mid-market SaaS customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop account strategies to increase adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
  • Track account health, usage trends, renewal opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and software adoption initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, activity tracking, and forecasting within CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate on strategic projects involving SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and other enterprise software solutions.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Account Manager:

  • 3 – 6 years of experience in account management, customer success, client services, or SaaS sales.
  • Experience managing business-to-business (B2B) technology or software accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and account management tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer goals and deliver solutions.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Account Manager:

  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, cloud software, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar business applications.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts or strategic partnerships.
  • Background in technology, software, finance systems, HR technology, or business operations platforms.
  • Experience supporting software implementations or customer onboarding programs.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
