They are looking to add a Pop-Up Experience Manager to their team. This Pop-Up Experience Manager opportunity supports an exclusive luxury fragrance pop-up activation, where elevated service, operational excellence, and memorable customer interactions are at the heart of the experience.

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pop-Up Experience Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury fragrance pop-up boutique. This leadership role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, coaching Brand Ambassadors, and ensuring seamless execution of all operational and merchandising standards throughout the duration of the activation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a background in luxury retail, beauty, or hospitality who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
Responsibilities of the Pop-Up Experience Manager:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the luxury pop-up boutique.
- Inspire, coach, and motivate the Brand Ambassador team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure every guest receives a personalized and elevated luxury shopping experience.
- Monitor daily sales performance and key performance indicators while driving results.
- Oversee staff scheduling, breaks, and daily task delegation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability throughout the event.
- Resolve client concerns professionally while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Partner with event and retail leadership to ensure flawless execution of promotional activities and special events.
- Complete daily operational reports and communicate business updates as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Experience/Skills for the Pop-Up Experience Manager:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, prestige beauty, fragrance, hospitality, or a high-end client service environment.
- Proven success managing teams and driving sales performance.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Pop-Up Experience Manager:
- Experience managing luxury retail boutiques, pop-up activations, or special events.
- Background in prestige fragrance, beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
- Experience with clienteling and VIP customer engagement.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
