Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate projects, organize meetings, and ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Coordinate internal meetings, record action items, and monitor follow-up activities.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by organizing projects, tracking deadlines, and communicating updates.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
- Research information and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Recommend and implement improvements to administrative processes and operational workflows.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with special projects and provide general executive support as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 3 – 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a professional office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Experience within professional services, consulting, accounting, financial services, or legal environments is a plus.
- Previous project coordination or project management experience.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
