The organization offers a highly professional, fast-paced corporate environment and is seeking an experienced Senior Executive IT Support Specialist to provide dedicated technology support to its most senior executives. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$115k – $135k Depending on experience Â
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Executive IT Support Specialist to provide dedicated, white-glove, real-time technical support to the CEO and other C-suite and senior executives. This is a highly visible position requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills, exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to resolve time-sensitive technology issues in a fast-paced executive environment. This is a full-time, direct-hire W2 position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Â
Responsibilities of the Senior Executive IT Support Specialist:
- Provide dedicated, white-glove IT support to the CEO and other C-suite and senior executives.
- Troubleshoot Level 1/2 hardware, software, application, connectivity, and mobile device issues.
- Support both Windows and Mac environments.
- Provide hands-on support for iPhones, iPads, and other executive mobile devices.
- Manage and troubleshoot devices through Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other enterprise applications.
- Support executive meetings, conference rooms, video conferencing, and AV technology.
- Proactively test and prepare technology ahead of important executive meetings and presentations.
- Partner closely with Executive Assistants and internal technical teams to anticipate and resolve technology needs.
- Maintain ownership of executive issues through resolution, including coordinating escalations when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when supporting senior leadership.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Executive IT Support Specialist:
- 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
- Direct hands-on experience providing white-glove IT support to CEOs, C-suite executives, and/or other senior leadership.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience.
- Strong experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
- Strong Apple/iOS support experience, including iPhones and iPads.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience supporting executive conference rooms, video conferencing, and AV technology.
- Strong Level 1/2 troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, mobile devices, applications, and connectivity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work 5 days per week onsite in Midtown Manhattan.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment sponsorship.
- This opportunity is W2 only. C2C arrangements are not available.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Executive IT Support Specialist:
- Previous experience providing dedicated IT support directly to a CEO.
- Experience supporting executives within a corporate headquarters, financial services, real estate, family office, legal, or similarly high-touch professional environment.
- Experience anticipating executive technology needs and providing proactive rather than solely reactive support.
- Experience working closely with Executive Assistants and senior leadership teams.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
