Client Overview: 

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative therapies and advancing patient care through science, clinical research, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and research institutions. The company is seeking a highly trained scientific professional to take on the MSL Epilepsy role and join their growing MSL team supporting epilepsy. 

Salary/Hourly Rate: 

$180k – $220k 

Position Overview:

The MSL Epilepsy role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, scientific experts, researchers, and other healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate will communicate current clinical and scientific information. They will identify educational and research needs and provide insights to internal teams to support medical and development strategies. 50%+ travel is required, including domestic and occasional international travel.

Responsibilities  of  the MSL Epilepsy:

• Build relationships with healthcare and scientific professionals.
• Deliver educational presentations and scientific information.
• Support research, clinical, and educational activities.
• Identify regional medical and educational needs.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience/Skills for the MSL Epilepsy:

• Advanced clinical or scientific knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain complex scientific data.
• Strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the MSL Epilepsy:

• Epilepsy experience.
• 2+ years as an MSL.

Education Requirements: 

• MD, PharmD, Nurse Practitioner, PhD, or another advanced degree in an appropriate clinical or scientific discipline.
