Our client is a company that represents a portfolio of luxury brands. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to support their partner brands.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The Account Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and timely fulfillment of client orders. This is a hybrid role, and the ideal candidate must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator:
- The Account Coordinator will support end-to-end order management, including monitoring, manual entry, and tracking to ensure smooth processing.
- Identify and help resolve order-related issues such as credit holds, inventory constraints, pricing discrepancies, and quota limitations to maintain timely fulfillment.
- The Account Coordinator will assist in tracking at-risk orders approaching cancellation and coordinate adjustments to delivery timelines as needed.
- Communicate order status proactively and clearly, while contributing to operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and project support.
Required Experience/Skills for the Account Coordinator:
- The Account Coordinator should have at least 1 year of experience supporting customer orders or account coordination activities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, is required.
- The Account Coordinator needs to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The Account Coordinator needs to have excellent communication skills, with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Account Coordinator:
- Experience or familiarity with inventory processes and enterprise systems is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
