Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team temporarily.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr – $35/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Contract Recruiter will specialize in sourcing, screening, and hiring talent on a temporary basis to meet fast-changing project needs. The Contract Recruiter will focus on identifying candidates with technical skills such as software development, product management, and data analysis, ensuring alignment with the app’s goals and timelines. By managing the hiring process efficiently, the Contract Recruiter will help the company quickly scale its workforce while maintaining quality and cultural fit.

Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:

  • Work with Managers to understand job requirements, skills needed, and team goals.
  • Actively source potential candidates through job boards and networking.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Handle offer letters, salary discussions, and negotiations.
  • Promote the company as a great place to work through job postings and candidate interactions.

Required Experience/Skills for the Contract Recruiter:

  • Experience working closely with a Hiring Manager to understand their needs is required.
  • Familiarity with maintaining an ATS system is required.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Contract Recruiter:

  • Experience recruiting at a technology company or for tech and/or sales roles.
  • Working knowledge of the tech space.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
