Client Overview:

Our client is a well-established real estate company based in Manhattan seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the face of their office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and client-facing experience who thrives in a polished, fast-paced corporate environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr

Position Overview:

The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and supporting daily office operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while assisting with administrative tasks across the office. The position is fully onsite in Manhattan.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Receptionist:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meeting coordination.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished reception area.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with office coordination and support internal teams as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Required Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist:

  • Prior corporate receptionist or administrative experience is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and client-facing demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Manhattan.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist:

  • Experience in real estate or property management environments.
  • Experience supporting a corporate office setting.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
