Position Overview:
The Digital Account Manager will manage digital advertising accounts, develop strategies to maximize campaign performance, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. Oversee advertising policies, produce promotional materials, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager:
- Manage the team’s ad accounts and access for outside partners.
- Help keep fundraising, advocacy, and lead-gen ad projects organized and on track.
- Use Asana to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate creative briefs, feedback, and approvals.
- Support ad production and QA.
- Track invoices and help maintain ad budgets.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize ads across major platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, display, etc.).
- Lead regular check-ins with ad consultants and internal teams.
- Work with analytics partners on reporting and data needs.
- Handle audience uploads, suppressions, opt-outs, and targeting lists.
- Manage link tracking and assist with GTM coordination.
- Jump in on general logistics and admin tasks when needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Digital Account Manager:
- 2 – 3 years of experience working in digital ads.
- Comfortable managing projects, timelines, and day-to-day tasks to keep digital campaigns on track.
- Strong ad copywriting skills and a good editing eye.
- Clear communicator, both in writing and when talking things through.
- Proven ability to hit deadlines and handle quick turnarounds.
- Familiar with social media, email marketing, and creating digital content (written, visual, and video).
- Experience running paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Digital Account Manager:
- Some experience working with outside agencies is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
