Our client is a high-end women’s apparel company seeking to hire an Enterprise Integration Specialist (Shopify Plus Platform) for their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$160k – $180k
Position Overview:
The Enterprise Integration Specialist (Shopify Plus Platform) will own and escalate all technical matters for the client’s Shopify Plus ecommerce platform and its enterprise system integrations. This role leads integration and interoperability efforts, then transitions to senior ownership, cross-training, and providing escalation support across the enterprise for the platform.
Responsibilities of the Enterprise Integration Specialist (Shopify Plus Platform):
- Act as the senior technical owner of the Shopify Plus implementation, including all enterprise integrations
- Design, build, and debug Shopify Plus integrations across ERP
- Tier-3 escalation for complex, cross-system production issues
- Perform knowledge transfer, cross-training, and long-term platform stability
Required Experience/Skills for the Enterprise Integration Specialist (Shopify Plus Platform):
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, including production integrations with ERP.
- Senior-level experience building and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Experience acting as an escalation point for production incidents involving multiple systems.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and debugging across systems of record.
- Experience working alongside external agencies during platform implementations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
