Our client is a fast-paced financial services company in New York City is seeking a highly polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This firm operates in a demanding, high-performance environment and is looking for an Executive Assistant who can stay organized under pressure, anticipate needs, and provide seamless executive support.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$46/hr
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives within a corporate finance environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting executives in finance and thrives in an onsite corporate environment.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence.
- Organize meetings, conference calls, and client-facing engagements.
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and time-sensitive projects.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative functions for leadership.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- 3 – 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a finance or corporate environment.
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong judgment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or investment professionals.
- Background in financial services, hedge funds, private equity, or investment banking.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
