Our client is a well-known, reputable global advertising agency. They are known for helping businesses promote their products to the correct audience. They develop top-of-the-line marketing strategies, advertisements, and campaigns across platforms such as T and social media. Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced Executive Assistant to the Advertising Team to work alongside the Executive team to act as their administrative support and gatekeeper of info.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr – $40/hr DOE
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Advertising Team will provide high-level administrative support and help ensure the executive team’s daily operations run smoothly. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential communications. The Executive Assistant to the Advertising Team will often act as a key point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, and external clients or partners. In a fast-paced advertising environment, this person must stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and support strategic projects when needed.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the Advertising Team:
- Managing the executive’s schedule by organizing calendars, booking meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Preparing documents and presentations, such as reports, meeting agendas, and briefing materials.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including arranging logistics, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Maintaining confidential information and handling sensitive documents with discretion.
- Acting as a liaison between the executives and partners.
- Supporting projects and daily operations, helping keep tasks organized and deadlines on track.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant to the Advertising Team:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in the advertising space, specifically as an Account Manager.
- Experienced with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of current trends and forecasts.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
