Our client is a global leader in smart lighting and automation solutions. The company delivers innovative products for residential and commercial spaces, and they are renowned for their commitment to quality and customer experience. They are currently expanding their team and looking to bring on an Experience Center Supervisor.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$28/hr – $40/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Experience Center Supervisor will supervise and coordinate showroom staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. They will oversee daily activities, manage inventory, and maintain product displays. The ideal candidate will foster a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.

Responsibilities of the Experience Center Supervisor:

  • Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints.
  • Direct and supervise showroom employees.
  • Monitor sales activities to ensure quality service.
  • Examine merchandise for correct pricing and display.
  • Instruct staff on handling complex sales situations.
  • Establish operational policies for showroom efficiency.
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and anti-discrimination standards.

Required Experience/Skills for the Experience Center Supervisor:

  • Active listening and service orientation.
  • Strong speaking and coordination abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem sensitivity.
  • Leadership and dependability.
  • Experience supervising retail or customer-facing teams.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Experience Center Supervisor:

  • Experience in smart home or lighting technology.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and POS software (e.g., Oracle, Tableau, QuickBooks).
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate’s degree is preferred.
