Our client, a leading organization, is looking to add a Human Resources Manager to their growing team in Tampa, FL.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k – $85k

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Manager supports the organization’s Tampa operations. The ideal candidate will have experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees outside the main office, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting additional organizational facilities.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for full-time, part-time, seasonal, and remote employees, including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, terminations, exit interviews, documentation, property retrieval, and unemployment claims.
  • Partner with managers and leadership across the organization to support workforce planning, anticipate staffing needs, and provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Support HR operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including assisting with the annual compensation review process, employment contract administration, and collaborating with HR colleagues on key initiatives and projects.

Required Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Manager:

  • 7–10+ years of Human Resources experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Human Resources Manager:

  • Background in the sports or entertainment industry HR is advantageous but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
