They are known for their collaborative environment and commitment to excellence. Currently, they are looking to add a Project Administrator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr – $28/hr DOE
Position Overview:
The Project Administrator is essential in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of projects, programs, and events for a respected nonprofit healthcare organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage timelines, logistics, and communications effectively across diverse stakeholders, including busy professionals who volunteer their time.
Responsibilities of the Project Administrator:
- Assign duties and responsibilities to project personnel.
- Communicate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Develop and update project plans, including objectives, schedules, and staffing.
- Monitor costs, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
- Produce and distribute project documents.
Required Experience/Skills for the Project Administrator:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in project planning and budget management.
- Ability to monitor performance and provide feedback.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Project Administrator:
- Experience in healthcare or clinical project administration.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.
