Our client, a professional corporate office in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a polished and reliable Corporate Receptionist/Office Assistant to support front desk operations and day-to-day office functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the office while also assisting with administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22 /hr

Position Overview:

The Corporate Receptionist/Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing administrative support to internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a professional office setting. The position is fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Receptionist/Office Assistant:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meeting coordination.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with office operations such as ordering supplies and coordinating vendors.
  • Support internal teams with general office tasks and special projects.

Required Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist/Office Assistant:

  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and customer-service mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reliable and comfortable working fully onsite in Midtown Manhattan.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Corporate Receptionist/Office Assistant:

  • Experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Experience supporting office operations or multiple departments.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
