Our client is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand that is quickly expanding across the US. They are looking to add a Retail Recruiter to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$38/hr – $45/hr
Position Overview:
The Retail Recruiter will be responsible for high-volume recruitment for the retail organization. The Retail Recruiter will be partnering closely with Store, District, and Retail leaders on hiring needs and performance goals.
Responsibilities of the Retail Recruiter:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for retail roles, including Store Associates, Supervisors, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers.
- Support new store openings, expansions, and peak hiring periods with scalable recruiting strategies.
- Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection best practices.
- The Retail Recruiter will ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the interview process.
- Support background checks, offer approvals, and the onboarding process.
Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Recruiter:
- 3 – 5 years of recruitment experience in a retail or high-volume environment.
- Strong experience partnering with field leaders and managing multiple requisitions.
- Proven success in recruiting for multi-location, fast-paced retail environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
