Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr – $28/hr
Position Overview:
The Sales Ambassador delivers outstanding customer experiences to build lasting relationships and meet sales goals. Collaborating with team members and management, the ambassador ensures clients receive service that reflects the brand’s prestigious reputation.
Responsibilities of the Sales Ambassador:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Provide excellent client service and timely follow-up to support sales objectives.
- Participate in local promotional events aligned with the brand’s image.
- Assist with sales processes, including invoicing and packaging.
- Respond promptly to inquiries through various communication channels.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Boutique Operations:
- Help maintain the boutique’s presentation and product displays.
- Follow all operational and security procedures.
- Ensure proper care and security of inventory.
Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Ambassador:
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality sales.
- Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial approach to developing business and client relationships.
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and passion for the luxury lifestyle sector.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sales Ambassador:
- English language proficiency preferred.
