Our client is a global manufacturing company looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$85k – $100k
Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial leadership and analysis to support business unit performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes while driving strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Full P&L ownership.
- Assist with the monthly close cycle and P&L review results for accuracy.
- Monthly and ad-hoc reporting and presentations to deliver insight on budget variances and KPIs.
- Lead P&L forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and financial modeling.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Advanced Power BI experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience with process automation and data visualization tools.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance is required.
