Our client is a start-up organization with both a North American and an international presence in the internet security space. They are looking to add an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst. This company is looking for an experienced professional who can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team. Ideally looking for 3 – 5 years of experience.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr – $40/hr
Position Overview:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be a part of the recent and newly developed finance team. They will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data to create accurate reports and analyses. A strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel use is required. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on an analytical skillset.
Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A Analyst:
- Analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections based on this analysis.
- Coordinating with other members of the Finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Retrieving comprehensive financial information and converting it into a pivot table format.
- Utilizing ad hoc analysis skills, creating reports, and researching applicable information/data.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior FP&A Analyst:
- Strong PowerPoint skills are a must—can give P&Ls that can be presented to senior-level management.
- Proficiency in Excel and NetSuite (required).
- Financial Analyst experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and equivalent experience are required.
