Position Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated MSP Account Coordinator. This role requires time management, attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.  In this role, you will be expected to manage multiple HR processes with the focus on problem diagnosis, resolution, and compliance. This role will assist in carrying out all facets of the client MSP Program with the help of the MSP Account Manager and extended Atrium Team. Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator:

  • Assist Hiring Managers and Staffing Suppliers during all stages of the contingent labor hiring and engagement process including but not limited to: creating job postings, resume review and delivery, interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, invoicing and off boarding
  • Receive and create new requisition requests using client VMS tool ensuring accuracy of electronic records and fields (e.g. manager, department, cost center)
  • Assist Associates with onboarding
  • Monitor and update temporary worker assignment start/end dates and engagement details to confirm information is accurate and up to date in client VMS and Atrium’s system of record
  • Participate in Client calls related to various Program engagement requests including but not limited to: Temporary Worker onboarding, new engagement requests, supplier onboarding, etc.
  • Communicate with Staffing Suppliers to review Client requisitions, provide ongoing feedback, ensure Program engagement/adherence and execution of necessary onboarding tasks
  • Responds and answers all correspondence in a timely manner/according to Program SLA’s
  • Interact and coordinate with the MSP Account Manager and internal team frequently to communicate questions and provide updates on current requisition activity
  • Troubleshoot and help to solve any onboarding related concerns or billing discrepancies with assistance from MSP Account Manger
  • Document all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in Program planning and attend weekly and monthly client and Staffing Supplier status calls
  • Other projects or tasks as directed by your manager
  • Role consists of 100% account administration

Qualifications for the Account Coordinator:

  • Experience: 1+ years of work experience
  • Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaison with managers and associates
  • Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and steps into the associate’s shoes and show you care
  • Curiosity: understand the client/associate with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping

Physical Requirements:

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
