Your work will directly influence the success of a nationally recognized brand in the creative industry. This isn’t just another Account Manager position – it’s a chance to be part of a flagship client launch that will continue to drive Atrium’s future in the creative space. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, gain exposure to enterprise-level operations, and help deliver the kind of service that sets Atrium apart.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Serve as the primary client liaison and escalation point for program-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client managers and freelancers.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with program SLAs and contractual obligations.
  • Lead daily operations and long-term planning for internal Account Coordinators.
  • Maintain organized data systems (Bullhorn, Worksuite, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel).
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate job coding and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and freelancer inquiries with empathy and precision.
  • Promote program adoption and ensure compliance with HR/payroll regulations nationally.
  • Participate in regular client and internal status meetings to drive program goals.

Required Experience/Skills for the Account Manager:

  • Experience: 4+ years in account management, customer service, or workforce administration.
  • Empathetic & curious: You understand the challenges of onboarding and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Detail-oriented & diligent: You catch the small things that make a big difference.
  • Communicative & positive: You bring clarity, warmth, and energy to every interaction.
  • Problem-solver: You anticipate issues and offer proactive solutions.
  • Growth-oriented: You welcome feedback and continuously seek improvement.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Education Requirements:

  • No Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience and skills are valued over formal education.

Benefits:

  • Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (PTO, Health benefits, Health savings account, Flexible spending accounts, Pet insurance, Paid holidays, 401k, and Commuter benefits program).
