This opportunity may be the right fit for you. Our client, a growing multi-unit hospitality and entertainment organization, is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$115k – $130k Depending on experience 

Position Overview:

The Accounting Manager serves as a strategic financial leader supporting a multi-unit hospitality and entertainment operation. Responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, and reporting across food and beverage and venue operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. The position partners closely with operational and executive leadership to provide data-driven insights and guide business decisions.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

  • Lead financial operations for hospitality and restaurant venues, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with executive and location-level leaders on financial strategy, P&L performance, labor optimization, and margin improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while coordinating audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
  • Support capital planning and ROI analysis for new venue openings, renovations, and major business initiatives.

Required Experience/Skills for the Accounting Manager:

  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP.
  • Advanced Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables). 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is required.
