Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a leader in the Manufacturing and Wholesaling industries. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$21 – $24/hr

Position Overview:

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist candidate will have excellent analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be tasked with managing the outgoing finances, ensuring that every transaction adheres to our financial policies.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Processing invoices and issuing payments
• Managing incoming bills and expenses
• Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
• Creating and updating expense reports
• Processing reimbursement forms

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and accounting software
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills are a must

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
