Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30 – $35/hr, $73,000 – $80,000

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our vibrant team, ensuring smooth workflow operations in a friendly, exciting, and upbeat environment. The Administrative Assistant will be much more than “just” an assistant – you’ll contribute to our team’s spirit, and your problem-solving skills will be put to the test in the most rewarding way! This role will help keep the office organized and running smooth!

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings for the management team
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and correspondence, reflecting the upbeat spirit of our company with every interaction
  • Prepare, manage, and organize documents, ensuring their accuracy and timely delivery
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and ordering supplies to ensure a comfortable, productive work environment for our team
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events, embodying our company’s vibrant atmosphere
  • Make travel arrangements, organize itineraries and manage expense reports for team members
  • Assist with event planning for major events
  • Oversee department inventory and organization
  • Answer & direct phone calls and urgently respond to emails
  • Manage schedules and travel arrangements
  • Organize department meetings and prepare conference rooms

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Excellent time management abilities and multitasking skills – no challenge is too big for you!
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- you’re able to get the point across in a friendly, professional, upbeat manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management technologies – you’re not afraid of the digital world
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team – whether flying solo or brainstorming in a group, you excel
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude – spotting a misplaced comma or organizing a surprise celebration, it’s all in a day’s work for you!

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
