Our client is a global investment firm that constructs long-term portfolios spanning both traditional and alternative asset classes. They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $75k

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant supports a wide range of administrative and business operations functions. This role requires a polished professional with strong interpersonal skills and proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information. The position involves daily interaction with employees and management across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Heavy calendar management. 
  • Schedule and organize appointments, conference calls, and events, in-house and external meetings. 
  • Coordinate logistics for various events and meetings. 
  • Organize all phases of extensive travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and ground transportation, providing organized, detailed travel itineraries. 
  • Assist with tracking and documenting all business expenses via Concur Expense Reports. 
  • Heavy phone management  
  • Producing various communications, including letters, memos, presentations, and reports.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant: 

  • Executive-level Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Financial or Professional Services work background is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
