Client Overview:

Our client, who is a leader in their industry, is committed to providing white glove service to all customers. They are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing reports and maintaining records.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Maintain and order office supplies, manage office equipment, and ensure the office environment is clean and organized.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Input and update data in company databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including invoicing, expense reports, and other financial documentation.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
