Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Initiate and coordinate volunteer events and outreach programs.
  • Track and analyze marketing trends.
  • Present research findings and brainstorm innovative development strategies.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare and distribute public relations materials.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Prior experience in fundraising.
  • A strong interest in working in the NFP space.
  • Passionate about community service.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism) is required.
