Client Overview:

Our client is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to furthering the experience within student education. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our growing operations.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$22/hr – $24/hr

Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks, as well as leveraging technology to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Utilize various software and tools to maintain and organize digital files and records.
  • Assist with data entry, generating reports, and preparing presentations.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the team in managing projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. 
  • Good written and oral skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Experience with project management software.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
