Our client is a service provider that offers exceptional experiences for their clientele. They are seeking an Administrative/Payroll Support Specialist to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$45,000 – $50,000

Position Overview:

The Administrative/Payroll Support Specialist will provide payroll and administrative support  with a focus on auditing, ensuring accuracy, processing and preparing payroll, and managing all administrative tasks. The Administrative/Payroll Support Specialist maintain and audit personnel and pay information in ADP.

Responsibilities of the Administrative/Payroll Support Specialist:

  • Report updates, discrepancies and errors
  • Submit accurate, audited  pay information
  • Monitor and ensure timely follow-up with emails
  • Build strong business relationships
  • Run accurate and timely reports
  • Research and resolve pay issues
  • Coordinate and process supply orders

Qualifications for the Administrative/Payroll Support Specialist:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • 2 years of payroll experience preferred
  • ADP experience is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including creating and formatting Excel spreadsheets
  • Professional; able to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Able to successfully handle multiple priorities and functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist others

Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED is required
