Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $85k Annually + uncapped commission model.

We’re not looking for just any recruiter- we’re looking for a hunter. Someone who gets energize by the chase, loves picking up the phone, thrives on fast[paced conversations, and lives to close deals. This is a full-desk role within our booming Direct Hire Administrative division, with a strong book of business and even stronger growth potential. You’ll be driving new business in NYC, building relationships, recruiting top-tier talent, and closing hiring needs faster than the competition. Responsibilities of the Administrative Recruiter:

  • Own the full recruiting and sales cycle- from dialing in new business to close candidate placements.
  • Cold call, warm call, network, and hustle your way into new client relationships in NYC and surrounding areas.
  • Constantly prospect for new job orders- this is a sales-first role.
  • Conduct in-depth, fast-paced interviews with candidates and play professional matchmaker between client needs and candidate skills.
  • Pitch talent to clients with urgency and precision.
  • Keep it real: You’ll be honest with clients and candidates alike- because integrity builds trust, and trust builds repeat business.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals- fast.
  • Prepare your candidates to absolutely crush interviews and deliver strong feedback to clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and jobs.
  • Stay on top of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and clients hiring needs.
  • Get creative and aggressive with sourcing strategies- use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more.
  • Other Projects or tasks as directed by your manager.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Recruiter:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of Business-to-Business staffing, recruiting, or sales experience.
  • Proven history of achieving sales quota.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies in addition to service level and price proposals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization and cross-functional departments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of solutions-oriented sales/closing techniques.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience is required.
