Our client, a national, woman-owned talent management firm, is seeking an entry-level Administrative Recruiting Coordinator to join their collaborative and fast-paced staffing team. Position Overview:

The Administrative Recruiting Coordinator will work alongside a senior account team, supporting recruitment and administrative efforts for a wide range of open roles. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, handling timesheet logistics, and maintaining accurate records in the internal tracking system. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional interested in recruiting, HR, or talent operations.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Support two Executive Account Managers and report to the Senior Account Manager.
  • Coordinate interviews and send confirmations for both candidates and clients.
  • Manage candidate timesheets, input matches, and oversee weekly reporting.
  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for administrative and customer service roles.
  • Post job openings and update records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Handle QC calls for active assignments and troubleshoot questions about timesheets or schedules.
  • Update ACP reports and track assignment end dates to ensure accurate records.
  • Participate in candidate outreach, resume reviews, and phone screenings.
  • Provide a strong customer service experience for both talent and client stakeholders.
  • Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 0 – 1 year of experience in an office, HR, or internship setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools or applicant tracking systems.
  • Interest in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
