Client Overview:

Our client is a cosmetics and personal care company looking to add an Administrative Sales Coordinator to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$24/hr

Position Overview: 

We are looking for an Administrative Sales Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting sales operations, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable juggling multiple systems and priorities. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Sales Coordinator:

  • Manage creative briefings and sample requests from start to finish.
  • Support the Account team and learn how to manage briefs and projects effectively.
  • Help prepare materials for client presentations and ensure smooth logistics during client visits.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. 
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and keep the team informed of client needs and updates.
  • Coordinate with departments like Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, and R&D Labs.
  • Maintain project records, prepare and track sample shipments, and support documentation for new business opportunities.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Sales Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, internal platforms).
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Sales Coordinator:

  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player who can work independently and follow through on tasks.
  • Experience with internal systems is a plus.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
