Position Overview:

This position includes budget management, media planning, and execution across diverse channels. The ideal candidate for the Advertising Associate role will ensure tasks, projects, and partnerships align with the company’s standards of excellence and strategic goals. Responsibilities of the Advertising Associate:

  • Develop media plans and strategies tailored to the advertising objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Utilize your expertise in digital media to optimize ad placements and maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with internal team members and external vendors to execute campaigns seamlessly.
  • Generate reports and insights using Excel and PowerPoint to track campaign performance and share findings with the team.
  • Take ownership of advertising decisions, demonstrating confidence and autonomy in your approach.

Qualifications for the Advertising Associate:

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising, with a focus on digital media and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience in the podcasting market, with a deep understanding of rates, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Prior experience in media planning or working at a publisher is preferred, though agency experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with paid-per-ad models and strong analytical skills are essential.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
