Analyst (Compensation)

Our client is a digital services provider that offers a great career, a collaborative team, and a great culture. They are seeking an Analyst (Compensation) to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k – $100k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Analyst (Compensation) is responsible for calculating commissions, preparing reconciliation reports and assisting in the development and redesign of commission plans, and supporting the annual planning. This role requires advanced levels of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities of the Analyst (Compensation):

• Ensure that the commissions are correct and paid on the required date.
• Update, maintain, and reconcile the general ledger.  
• Payroll reconciliation reports. 
• Commission statements and management reports.  
• Biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.  
• Employee changes, bonuses, commissions, tax changes, banking information, benefits deductions, allowances, garnishments, etc.
• Verifying information is correct in the system for tax audits. 

Required Experience/Skills for the Analyst (Compensation): 

• 1+ years of compensation analysis background
• Experience in a mid-size organization  
• Advanced levels of Microsoft Excel
• ADP and Workday ERP experience 

Education Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
