Our client is a Digital Services Provider that offers a great career, collaborative team and great culture. They are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$90k – $100k plus Bonus
Position Overview:
The Compensation Analyst is responsible to calculate commissions, prepare reconciliation reports and assist in the development and redesign of commission plans and support the annual planning. This role requires advanced levels of Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst:
- Ensure that the commissions are correct and paid on required date.
- Update, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
- Payroll reconciliation reports.
- Commission statements and management reports.
- Manage biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Manage employee changes, bonuses, commissions, tax changes, banking information, benefits deductions, allowances, garnishments, etc.
- Verify that information is correct in system for tax audits.
Required Experience/Skills for the Compensation Analyst:
- 1+ year of compensation analysis background.
- Experience in a mid-size organization.
- Advanced levels of Microsoft Excel.
- ADP and Workday ERP experience.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Compensation Analyst:
- Strong communication skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
