Client Overview:

Our client is seeking a temporary AR Finance Specialist to join their Accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounts receivable and trade finance experience to contribute to a fast-paced environment while supporting a backlog of work.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr

Position Overview:

The AR Finance Specialist will support the team that is responsible for processing, accounting, and financial analysis related to promotional marketing, rebate, and national account pricing programs.

Responsibilities of the AR Finance Specialist:

• Review, validate, and enter large volumes of billback documentation from multiple file formats (Excel, PDFs, text files, etc.).
• Process and upload monthly promotional billbacks into the company’s ERP system accurately and on time.
• Contribute to the monthly close cycle by reconciling promotional accruals against actual activity.
• Track and resolve pricing discrepancies to ensure timely resolution of mismatches.

Required Experience/Skills for the AR Finance Specialist:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, or a related accounting role.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
